Zoey’s Blueberry Muffins

BEAT TOGETHER:
1 1/2 cups butter
3 1/3 cups sugar
6 eggs

ADD:
6 cups flour
2 T. baking powder
1 1/2 Tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 quarts fresh (or frozen) fruit

Bake at 325F for 30 – 45 minutes
Yield: This recipe serves 18 muffins
